Milipol Paris Exhibition for Homeland Security and Civil Defence , which took place on November 21-24, has been inaugurated by the Minister of the Interior Gérard Collomb. Emmanuel Levacher, President and Chairman of the Board of RENAULT Trucks Defense, introduced him the products of company’s 3 brands during his visit on the RTD booth.
On the occasion of the exhibition, RENAULT TRUCKS Defense reveals its new ALTV range and integrated services related.
The Station Wagon version, selected by the French Army as a liaison vehicle (3,700 vehicles purchased) replacing the Peugeot P4, has a spacious interior and features NATO-compliant robustness and performance.
The Pick-Up version, developing up to 200 HP, is available with a single or double cab. The reinforced platform for military needs, the high capacity diesel fuel tank and double diesel filtration make it a vehicle for the most demanding missions with the largest loading capacity on the market with a payload of 1.3 t and cruising range over 1000 km.
RTD offers a wide range of vehicles for military and security needs. The individual RENAULT Trucks Defense vehicle series have a high proportion of the mutual use of the same components, which is a great benefit in terms of subsequent procurement of spare parts, logistics and vehicle life cycle management.
